Come Join Us!
Every student (regardless of major) currently enrolled at Texas State University and who is interested in the field of accounting is eligible to join the Accounting Club. Students should join the Club each Fall and Spring semester (and pay dues of $25 per semester ) not later than 5pm on September 15 in the fall and January 31 in the spring. Students may join later in the semester; but, you will miss some of our meetings and dues are not prorated.

Dues of $25 per each semester (fall & spring) are collected at the same time you submit an application. Using Venmo you will send a private $25 payment to [a new Venmo account will be set up for fall 2023] or search @TXSTAccountingClub noting your name and the unique number provided on your application. With the Venmo payment, be certain to include a note that contains your Texas State email address.
Due Dates: Sept. 15 by 5pm for fall and January 31 by 5 pm for spring. Membership applications & dues are accepted throughout each semester (but, dues are not prorated).

Benefits of Membership:
The Accounting Club sponsors & participates in multiple activities to provide members with opportunities to develop their knowledge of the real-world operations of the professions of accounting, financial services, and information technology. These include:
- Meetings (accounting & other expert speakers and recruiters)
- Professional workshops
- Showcases
- Office visits (to CPA & other potential employers)
- Internships, and leadership opportunities
- Community service
Scholarships may also be given for members with documented exceptional attendance at Club meetings and other events.
